| Q. | Where can I purchase an All Stage Pass? | |
| A. | Available at Show Tickets Direct in front of Bally's, Planet Hollywood box office and the Crown box office at Rio. | |
| Q. | How much does an All Stage Pass cost? How long is an All Stage Pass valid for? | |
| A. | For Total Rewards® members, an All Stage Pass costs $99 + taxes and fees per person. For non-Total Rewards members, an All Stage Pass costs $119 + taxes and fees per person. L.E.T is included in the final price. Each All Stage Pass is valid for 48 hours from the time of purchase. | |
| Q. | What does an All Stage Pass look like and where do I pick up show tickets? | |
| A. | For Total Rewards customers, your Total Rewards card will serve as your pass. For non-Total Rewards members, a wristband or identifier card will be issued. To pick up tickets, simply go to the casino box office where the show you want to see is located and present your Total Rewards card or All Stage Pass. | |
| Q. | With the All Stage Pass, how many shows can I see? | |
| A. | An All Stage Pass holder can see as many of the participating shows as you want within the 48-hour period. To avoid scalping and customer "no shows," you must wait an hour between when you pick up a ticket for 1 show and when you can pick up a ticket for another show. | |
| Q. | How many tickets can I pick up for each show? What do I need to show the box office? | |
| A. | Each All Stage Pass enables you to pick up 1 ticket per show. For Total Rewards customers, present your Total Rewards card and valid photo ID. For non-Total Rewards members, present your wristband which must be intact and on your wrist to be considered valid. Any wristbands that have been removed will be considered null and void. Identifier cards must be presented with valid photo ID for redemption. | |
| Q. | When can I pick up my ticket? | |
| A. | Show tickets are available beginning 2 hours prior to a show's start time. | |
| Q. | With my All Stage Pass, am I guaranteed seats to every participating show? | |
| A. | No. Although we will try our best to accommodate all customer requests, seats are based on availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis. | |
| Q. | How do the "preferred pricing" shows work? | |
| A. | For participating preferred pricing shows you may purchase a ticket for $40 plus tax with your All Stage Pass. Preferred pricing may be purchased for more than one show and is valid during the 48 hour period. | |
| Q. | How will I know when my All Stage Pass has expired? | |
| A. | Each pass automatically expires 48 hours after issued. If the pass has expired, the system will notify the box office if you try to pick up a ticket. | |
| Q. | What happens if I am in line to pick up a ticket when my All Stage Pass expires? | |
| A. | Unfortunately, once the pass has expired we can not issue a ticket. Customers should give themselves plenty of time to pick up their ticket should they want to attend close to the time their current pass will expire. | |
| Q. | What if I lose my All Stage Pass? | |
| A. | Keep your receipt! The receipt can serve as backup should an issue arise. For Total Rewards customers, stop by any Total Rewards booth to pick up a new Total Rewards card. Please make sure you let the Total Rewards representative know that you are participating in this program. | |
| Q. | Can I use a coupon for one of the participating shows towards the program? | |
| A. | No. This program can not be combined with any other existing show offer or promotion. | |
| Q. | I noticed that my wristband also has the Buffet of Buffets® logo on it. Does this mean I've purchased that program as well? | |
| A. | No. When scanned, your wristband will identify which program you have purchased. Similar to the Total Rewards card, your wristband or identifier card can be used for both programs. To purchase a Buffet of Buffets pass, present your All Stage Pass at any participating buffet. | |
